Return and exchange only excepting when product id damage.
Returns: To initiate a return, please email us at returns@blushbynash.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Once we receive the item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at returns@blushbynash.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will send you a replacement item free of charge.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us for returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item.
International orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
